DJing was never just about playing songs for me — it's the atmosphere I'm after. At some point that turned into wanting more control over the whole room, not just what's coming through the speakers. That's what led me to co-found RNTech — a way to put that same energy into something bigger than a single set.

Nearly seven years of reading a room.

I'm Middo — a DJ based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, with almost seven years of experience behind the decks. I've held resident DJ slots of six months and longer at multiple venues across St Albans, and hosted more private parties than I can count.

My musical knowledge runs deep — R&B, afrobeats, bashment, soul, amapiano and house, and everywhere in between. Different crowd, different brief — I read the room and let the music do the rest.

Alongside my residency work, I co-founded RNTech — a house music event in St Albans, held every two months for a crowd that takes their music seriously.
